Your contract for your tour is with Shine Gold Tours India, Registered Office, T257, 2nd Floor, Idgah Road, Sher ka Pinjera, 11006, New Delhi, India. Company Directors Md Asif and Md Asim.

Payment terms for your tour with Shine Gold Tours India are 30% deposit on acceptance, a further 50% 1 month prior to departure, both to be paid through PayPal on our website button. The remaining 20% to be paid in cash to your driver/guide in India.

In the event of international flights being booked through Shine Gold Tours India 100% of the fare must be paid prior to the booking. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that all details – names, passport numbers etc are correct before bookings are made as airlines will not rectify any mistakes without charging a further fee.
